"hello" sucks!!

i'm so annoyed!! been trying for 3 days to post pics onto my blog, but stupid "picasa hello" doesn't work! won't log in for me! anyone else have this problem? how do i fix it? i've uninstalled and reinstalled/restarted 4x, but to no avail. computers SUCK!! UGH!!! =(
