what a beautiful house to own, on the shore of the Atlantic in MA where the family Radu stays with when he's coaching lives (the family also owns the cabin in NH where we stayed when we went boarding. they have two VERY lucky adopted children). i got to stay around there with him for 1 week...what a wealthy touristy town of Marblehead, MA! too bad i'll never be able to afford it!


isn't he adorable? his name is Goobert, and guess what he is! one of the pets of the family Radu stays with. he's sooo fuzzy and curious about everything! loves tunnels and holes...crawls up my pant legs!

the WORST caricature i've ever seen, radu and i ended up looking like twins, and i'm female and asian, he's male and caucasian. what a horrible "artist" and waste of $15 in NYC. they ALWAYS exaggerate on my big lips, argh!!


found this random photo--joanne, katharine and me met up over NYE a few years back and made a thai dinner for all 3 of us from scratch! this is the pad thai we created together...doesn't it look like it could be on the food channel? very YUMMY too! =P
